Payment Information

To reserve your wedding date at The Broxton we need a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract to secure your date. 50% of the balance is due at 6 months prior to your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 Days prior to your event. Payment plans are available, If you would like to make payments or installments please contact us (no additional fees to set up a payment plan) We accept credit card, cash, and personal checks.
We Require a $500.00 refundable damage deposit. Your deposit will be returned to you within 15 Days after your event, if no damage occurs. Your refundable damage deposit is due 30 Days Prior to Event.
